A. Use within 4 weeks. Store in a cool, dark, dry place. できれば 4 週間以内。涼しく、暗い、乾燥した場所で保管してください。

A. 2 g of matcha delivers about 60 mg of caffeine—less than the 80 mg in a cup of drip coffee. The caffeine is released more gently, easing strain on the body, and matcha's high theanine content helps keep jitters in check.
